"Tax Statement PDF" should be available on Financial tab & parent portal

We can only download - the 'Year End' report on the family  Financials & Parent Portal to give parents for tax reporting. 

We want to be able to access the "Tax Statement PDF' on the Financials  & Parent Portal. Right now you can only access it by going to Payments> Family Payments and getting center wide reporting. 

The "Tax Statement" report is what we should be giving our parents at year end. Not the 'Year End' with a detail of all the payments they made. But right now only the 'Year End' is easily accessible.
