Previously we have been able to checkbox a family then click on the next family to look at their ledger, then use the back button to go back to our outstanding report and the previous families remain checked. This in not the case now. We have to write down the families that need to have the fee posted and is much more time consuming. At this time we are not interested in using the automatic late payment fee feature.

If you would like to have two sessions open at once it may be easier to have an instance of schoolcareworks.com open as well as daycareworks.com. You should be able to sign into each so you are able to research and not leave the payments > outstanding page.
Alternatively, you may want to use additional search criteria to narrow the scope of the families that display on the screen.
