Would like to see a configuration option that administrators can set that would force users to provide a void reason or comment when voiding an entry in the ledger or a batch of entries through automated contract / formula billing.

How does this impact the customer's business?
Without being able to require void comments, administrators have to track down the user who performed the void to understand why that action was performed. If the void did not happen recently, that information might be lost. |
