Currently, the only option to post to the ledger posts and closes the ledger in a single action. It would be very helpful if there were a 'save' button so that users can save their work as they go.
The problem is that if multiple entries needed to be posted to a single ledger, the ledger would need to be opened, one entry posted which causes the ledger to close, and then the process needs to be repeated. Users can use tab to create multiple entries per 'post-and-exit' action taken but if they have to pivot quickly to another activity, cancel makes them lose work.
