As of January 1, 2024, Minnesota has implemented the Earned Sick and Safe Time Law - which requires sick time used and sick time available to be on employee's pay stubs. It simply has to be present, meaning the schools can handwrite this info onto the stubs, but Mary from IKN 9063581749 was wondering if there was a way to edit pay stub format so they can print it through Procare. I advised possibly adding it to the comment line but an automatic addition could help things run smoothly.

@Guest Balances should show on the Pay Stubs currently in desktop, here's a sample from the demo database. The trick is the balance shows as of the pay period end date for the check, and you have to go into Configuration - System - Accounting Management - Employee Data - Benefit Codes to check the box for which benefit types should show a balance on the stub.
