Standard Report Enhancement - Student Enrollment Analysis

Corporate Reports > Family Data > Tracking > Student Enrollment Analysis

Customer would like for the report to sort by Region Code, then School Code within the System Configuration > Locations & Users > Regions & Schools window. Example:

R1

S1

S2

S3

S5

...

R2

S4

S6

S7

...

Module/Asset – FD/FA/AG/MT/AT/ED/PR/EL

    • FD

  • Desired Fields – Names, DOB, Tracking/UDF, Timecards, etc.

    • Same as existing report format

  • Parameters/Filters – Date/Visibility/Enrollment Status/Tracking/UDF, etc.

    • Same as existing report parameters

    • Headers/Footers

      • Same as existing report format

    • Formatting - layout, grouping, drill down, etc.

      • Same as existing report format, except:

        • Regions and Schools sort order needs to be by Region Code, then School Code (S1, S2, S3, etc.)

    • Most relevant existing report(s)/Data View(s)

      • Corporate Reports > Family Data > Tracking > Student Enrollment Analysis

    • Reasons the request is being made, including why existing reporting does not currently meet those needs

      • Failure to capture specifications upon intake of original request, unable to get the adjustment prioritized after delivery.

      • Existing sort order makes it time consuming to use the report as intended.

    • Scope – School, Corp or both

      • Corp

    • Whether a Data View or Crystal Report is preferred

      • Crystal Report
