Prevent Licensing Update if the new v10 token will downgrade below applied modules

Procare Home > Configuration > License > Update License | Procare Home > Configuration > Update License

When updating license, it should compare against the current v10 token and the v10 token that it is about to update to and prevent the update if the modules in the new license will be lower than the licenses currently in use. This will prevent the system from locking.

An override may be needed for support purposes, such as a feature flag or procode to enable manual override.

How does this impact the customer's business?

When the license downgrades beyond applied licenses, all users and machines are locked out due to licensing issues. This completely brings business to a halt and can cost centers money as well as potentially cause state licensing issues due to inaccurate timecards. This requires Technical Services or Finance to correct the license to restore service. For enterprise customers/multisite schools, this locks out all locations operating under that set of licenses.
