Center have ability to distinguish MyProcare payment from POS payment

Center's would like the ability to tell a MyProcare payment from a POS (via ledger card). The center has the ability to tell an MPY payment from other POS transactions and would like this ability for MyProcare.

Are customers at risk of leaving Procare without this item? No
Are customers going to competitors for this item? No
How does this impact the customer's business?

Center would like the ability to have more insight on how parents are paying, as they can with the Engage app payments.

Customers using MyProcare consistently ask for some sort of confirmation so they know when parents are paying via MyProcare. There are no email confirmations or settlement notices to refer to so the only related info is to run a Charge/Credit Summary report to see pmts made during a given date range. The problem here is that Mypc pmts share the same pmt descriptions as all other POS transactions (incl. hand-keyed pos, swiped pos, and payment at check in) so this does not give customers the detail they need in order to identify which parents are using their Online resource vs those paying by phone or in person. Customers consistently ask for a way to get specific feedback in Procare around how parents are paying so they can gauge participation rates in each pmt scenario and where they may need to focus parent messaging to influence pmt behaviors. Adding an identifier via a unique pmt description for Mypc transactions would solve this for customers and would be a huge benefit to all Desktop TE clients.

This would be impactful for all customers using MyProcare for tuition payments. Today, there is no way to decipher between a swiped or hand-keyed POS from a MyProcare online pmt. It would benefit customers to see a specific pmt description or confirmation number (ex. including 'MYPC' text) similar to mobile payments that include 'ENG' in the confirmation number posted to parent ledgers.
