Customer would like to see user and timestamp data for changes made to records within the Billing Box that are currently not captured by the system.
The desire is for each line item within a child's billing box would contain user data and a timestamp for that line item's creation or modification. And auditable trail for changes within a billing box is the overall goal. Being able to determine past billing states is very important for customers to be able to audit for discrepancies.
Ideally they would like to be able to report on changes made to these records but are unable to do so currently because the system does not log this information.

Based on the effort that went into the last audit trail and its frequency of use, we wouldn't consider it valuable enough to implement. This would definitely be a customer funded project. That being said, given that we worked on something like this so recently, it might be easier on the implementation side this time around.
