How does this impact the customer's business?
Currently the KinderSystems extra stores a single group password and configuration setup for all locations under a single IKN. The issue that we are increasingly running into is that larger customers with locations that cross state lines require their own group code, password, and configuration settings. As new locations come online, they must access the extra and when changes are made it affects all locations under the IKN. This problem will likely worsen as we expand the states we offer the KS extra to. |
