Customer expressed a need to restrict non-System Supervisor users from changing the default field values on any given schedule template that is created for, or already associated with a child record:
Classroom Name
Day
In
Out
'Start Date' and 'End Date' fields would need to remain configurable by the user.

This would provide a greater degree of control over scheduling and ensure that the templates being applied by their staff do not deviate from what has been approved. They don't want users to change historical information, so if a date period has passed for a given schedule, the schedule would no longer be editable, except by a system supervisor. Could make it a permission that prevents or allows users to change historical information for schedules.
Do they not want people to touch the child's schedule if it has a template attached, or do they not want the users touching templates?
