Schedule Lock

Customer wants more accurate historical reporting for schedules, and has expressed a need to 'lock' schedule information after a particular threshold is met, to ensure reporting accuracy.

"For historic records, the end goal would be that when a week ends (Saturday for us), that enrollment/FTEs Look the same for that week if we pull it the next Monday or 6 weeks later."

  • Ability to prevent changes to historical schedule data after a date threshold (or other criteria) is met.

  • All fields in the schedule would need to be locked, including start and end dates
