Additional unique IDs for custom Data Views

Customer has reported that they have new reporting requirements that they must meet. They have a variety of custom corp reports that have been previously built for them. Data Viewer will need to be updated to include unique ID fields:

• 'Episode unique identifier' is what they are calling a unique ID field that needs to be associated with the 'enrolled' status.

• 'Service unique identifier' is what they are calling a unique ID that needs to be associated with a single attendance record, whether or not that record is complete (has a clock out potion recorded).

Customer needs to be able to run their existing custom DVs and have access to these fields in order to satisfy their funder's reporting requirements.
