Customer would like to be able to apply Standard Amount adjustments to specific subsets of accounts when using the button to update billing boxes.
Configuration > System > Accounting Management > Family Accounting > Standard Amounts
When they increase their rates for tuition and other charges it does not necessarily apply to all billing boxes, so they must perform manual adjustments across a very large student population. Currently the options for updating Billing Box items are:
Update selected description amount across all billing boxes
Update all description amounts across all billing boxes
This would provide the flexibility to manage billing box rates in ways beyond descriptions that are tied to/named after classrooms.

How does this impact the customer's business?
A filter or other method that a user can select smaller groups of accounts would be a huge time saver. This would allow them to update rates for newer families while keeping grandfathered rates intact for the families that have been with them longest. |
