Child Record indicators

Kiddie Academy reported that during the initial enrollment process when a child's record is being configured/setup (enrollment status, relationships, billing box, schedule, etc.), some items can be missed or forgotten which has downstream impacts on reporting and billing.

Two such items have been a longstanding pain point for them: Billing Box items, and Tracking Items that denote the child's status - Full Time, Part Time, and Drop-In.

When Billing Box items are not setup, often the franchisee staff will manually enter the charges into the family ledgers which causes inaccuracies that the corporate accounting team must uncover.

Similarly, Missing Tracking items for the child's status cause inaccurate reporting that the corporate team must investigate.

Customer offered that some kind of visible flag or alert on the account would be helpful for franchisee staff to tell, at a glance, if a child's record has been completed, or if key parts of the record are missing, such as no Billing Box items being present.

Another Enterprise customer, Endeavor, asked for the same thing but singled out missing Billing Box items and child relationships being the pain point.
