Customer maintains a fee assistance program and the fees are tied to unique IDs that are created and maintained in a third party platform. The unique ID that they are using from their vendor has been applied to child records within Desktop in the 'Identification Number' field
Their challenge is being able to manage the billing boxes within Desktop to align with what is in their other platform, and would like a custom Data View based on the Billing Box Activity table that also contains the 'Identification Number' field. This would allow them to export and compare data sets to identify billing box edjustments that need to be made inside of Desktop.
