When a parent is setup for MyProcare logins at multiple schools, an issue at one school prevents logins to all other schools. Often this could be at a school the parent no longer has involvement with and we need to reach out to a school that has no interest in fixing the issue.
The single sign-on flow is what causes this issue, but a better process should be to display an issue with that school but allow the parent to login to the other schools that do work correctly.

Frequent support calls because a school the parent no longer attends is preventing them from logging into a current school. Unnecessary hoops to jump through, too many support calls, and frustrations from the centers. |
