Procare Solutions Internal Ideas Portal
It is difficult for center owners, directors, and teachers to find engagement help articles because most are held under the Procare Online section of the support site. A quick link to help them find the needed resources (parent-facing content, training webinars, etc.) would minimize re-training requests for engagement and empower centers to self-serve. Providing these resources could also lead to more centers using the engagement app and enabling mobile payments.

So is the problem that they are in the Desktop support side of things and they are having trouble navigating to the Engagement side of support?
I believe the training team would own this one and is not something that Desktop can touch.
