Expanded Royalty Report

Kiddie Academy has needed an expanded version of the Royalties Report found at Standard Reports > Family Accounting > Charge/Credit Summary > Royalties Report for several years. They want the first page of the report to remain the same as the core report. The request is to add an additional page that will provide a summary of totals by category, followed by a detailed view of all of the individual ledger items that make up those calculations, sorted alphabetically by payer full name.

Attached is a customer-approved mockup of what they would like to see the report look like.
