Child Enrollment report where the report date range has a start and end date, not just an as of date.

  • Total Count of kids that had status of Enrolled in that date range.
Possibly list kids and their Enrolled date range in the report.
Example: If kid's Enrolment Status history shows:
    Johny Smith
    Enrolled 1/1/2024
    Withdrawn 5/4/2024
You run this report with date range of 4/1/2024 - 4/30/2024, this would count the kid as 1 for the total count of enrolled kids in report date range and the kid would be listed on the report with date range of their Enrolled status period that cut the reports date range.
    Johny Smith - Enrolled 1/1/2024 - 5/3/2024.Another Example:
    Susy Johnson
    Enrolled 1/1/2024
    Withdrawn 4/10/2024
Report date range 4/1/2024 - 4/30/2024, this would count the kid as 1 to total count of kids for April, for report date range.
Kid would be listed on the report:
    Susy Johnson Enrolled: 1/1/2024 - 4/9/2024
Again listing the Enrolled range of the child that cut the report date range.

There is currently a way to do this in reports with filters. https://zoom.us/clips/share/A2F3MRZ2RFptV2dCb1FvLUpJTkJuMFBuNnF3AQ
