Description of Issue: From Dani at KA corp - We worked with Sean at tadpoles and he confirmed that if you delete a contact (relationship) in Procare, it isn't making a call to tell tadpoles to delete that contact. Therefore, the old/bad records on the child are remaining in tadpoles. Running the regular transmit or the xmit all had no differing effects. The example we were working with is Jae Won Yun. In Procare he has 5 relationships, 10 in tadpoles. Samantha at South Riding was also able to replicate this behavior with another account in Procare.
Troubleshooting Steps Performed: Remoted in and confirmed that with some kids, See attached Reagan Rabung & Jae Won Yun when there are relations in Procare that are either deleted or added and the a sync to Procare is run , Tadpoles is not updating. Confirmed that they are on Tadpoles version 3.0.0.32. I also rana full sync via prosupp

Desired Outcome(s): Needs relationships in Procare to matchup with Tadpoles on 1:1 basis. Clarity needed on if it's possible to remove the relationships from tadpoles during a transmission.
