Customer wants a modified version of the new registration email that is sent to the school with details of the new registrant.
They must keep signed paper copies of enrollment information for licensing, and the myprocare new registration email has almost all of the information and pieces that they need. The following are the enhancements they want:
They need the formatting to print in a readable format that mirrors how the email displays. When printing the notification email currently, it does so in a difficult to read format.
They need phone numbers listed for the child relationships, they would want the phone numbers associated with each relationship listed below their Lives With/Emergency/Pickup status.
They need a signature line at the bottom of the form.
They need the new registration email to send one email per child - each email would only include one child or sibling's information.

Customer must maintain physical copies of an enrollment form that contain all of the information captured during new family registration. The current report options do not provide everything that they need, and the myprocare registration email is the closest to what they have. |
