Right now when a New family is filling out registration forms on MyProcare if they don't complete it within 15 minutes and press complete it just sends them back to the home screen to login their email. Many of these forms are state mandated and very long that take longer than the allotted time causing errors for a lot of families and centers.

When parents have issues filling out the online registration they go to the center and complain. The center gives them a paper copy of the questions and that they then have to manually enter into their system that takes a lot of time |
