Customer is a city in Florida that uses a third party (Everbridge) to provide disaster / critical event management software - it is used as a mass notification tool. The purpose for the integration would be for Procare to push select data (general contact information: person names, phone numbers, email)
Ideally they would like a service that would push that information to Everbridge each day automatically. When the handshake happens between Procare and Everbridge, it would update any changes, and remove any records that are no longer in Procare. In the event of a disaster they can then use Everbridge to provide mass communication to their childcare customers and employees in the same manner they handle comms to everyone else in their system - city employees, business owners within the city, citizens, etc.
City of Miramar also uses Procare software for vulnerable populations, not just childcare, and this would tie their records they keep inside of Procare into what they are using for everything else.

Are customers at risk of leaving Procare without this item? | Yes |
Are customers going to competitors for this item? | No |
How does this impact the customer's business?
They are currently using Data Viewer to generate this data to update Everbridge manually, but the problem is that during a disaster, there would be uncertainty about when the last record update was done inside of Everbridge and they need to know that the information is up to date every day. The need is one-part quality of life and time saving, and another part disaster preparedness best practices and reliability. |

This is a very niche need. Might be good for the customer funded team.
