Customer would like the ability to give non-System Supervisors a permission that allows access to individual school settings found under Configuration > System > Locations & Users
Another related issue for them is that user groups access to Accounting Management > Family Accounting > Charge / Credit Descriptions does not provide sufficient control - the permissions found under 60.20.30 do not prevent users from modifying charge descriptions or Standard Amounts. Ideally users should only be able to create and modify descriptions / amounts for items that are only exposed to schools the user is assigned.
Existing permission structure does not allow this kind of delegation.
