Batch % discount

Batch Billing Box only allows for flat dollar batch posting, many users have asked if there's a way to batch post percentage discounts. This would not only help in the case of applying sibling/family discounts quickly but would also help if centers needed a way to apply a percentage technology fee instead of surcharging and keep mobile payments active.
