Custom Report Request - Schedule Summary 4 Sections

Customer Funded request

Customer would like to create either a custom Standard Report or a custom Data View to display the information found in the Standard Report 'Schedule Summary - Four Sections' but with an additional column that denotes 'Age Group.' The purpose is to export this from Desktop so that they can import the data into Monday.com. Attached is the original Standard Report, with another tab for an example of the output they are looking for.

They want Age Group to be a static, e.g. 'Twos A' and 'Twos B' classroom would both display 'Twos' as the age group. I tried to explain to them that without a reference point in the system, such as using a tracking item, the report would not scale to future classroom edits or additions. They stated that they would need the ability to change classroom names in the future, so the best approach is unclear.

A DV would be more ideal due to formatting but they would like to know all of their options if that is too costly of a solution.

I was unable to locate the report they used, it may be a custom report that we built for them previously based off of Standard Reports > Family Data > Classroom Schedule > Schedule Summary - Three Sections.

Are customers going to competitors for this item? No

How does this impact the customer's business?

They need to import this data into another platform on a regular basis, current report is not sufficient due to formatting limitations and the lack of an age group column

Has this gone through tech services yet as a possible custom request? This seems like a very niche request.
