During the registration period, it is frustrating for some families who are unable to add a sibling as a new child when they already have an existing account. To manually enter the siblings does not give them the ease-of-access they are needing with building the registration. If they are able to add a new authorized pickup, they should be able to add a new child (adding enrollment and classroom can be added later in the review and import as normal) but having the ability to add a new child to an existing account on MyProcare would be a great update to this platform.

How does this impact the customer's business?
They get easily overwhelmed with parents flooding their phone lines with inquiries on adding a child, and they do not have the manpower to add siblings when the parent calls. They also have frustrated parents who have to choice but to call and have the center enter them manually. |
