It would be very helpful for customers to have a way to batch transfer cell numbers for parents to parent engagement. Or have the cell numbers transfer to parent engagement without any action from the customer. Currently using Procare messaging settings, the customer has to go one by one to each parent profile to select save in the text message screen. This can be very frustrating as it takes several clicks to get to this area. For this center she has 276 accounts X 2 parents X 5 clicks = 2,760 clicks.

This will save customers a lot of time, especially new customers that have a large amount of data entered into the software at one time. Also for new family registration. Will help the product to be more all in one/seamless. |
