Customer would like us to add some logic to the Child Schedule window that would prevent it from being saved if the schedule is empty.
The save button in the schedule window remains greyed out unless a change is made. If the Start Date/End Date are modified, it allows users to save blank schedules.

Re-reviewing to see level of effort to add error and prevent `Scheduled Detail - Edit` from being saved with empty info.
Users are specifically allowed to have a blank schedule, so preventing a blank schedule goes against current design patterns.
