Customer would like a way to archive or hide Tracking Items.
Management of Tracking Items is not an area of system configuration that is used frequently, but it needs to be managed every time they acquire a new school. Old, previously used Tracking Items CAN be deleted, but doing so removes data points that may need to be reported on at a later date.

How does this impact the customer's business?
Customer would like to filter/hide inactive Tracking Items to keep their user interface clean and only containing the Tracking Items that they are actually using. This would lessen the amount of time that they spend configuring new schools during acquisition by simply 'hiding' the Tracking items that they do not want to use, without going through and deleting options line by line and losing any data already associated with records. |
