The underlying issue is that the customer uses IKS in order to import registrations into Myprocare, but when they do so all of the imports arrive with the same time/date, so they are unable to prioritize the registrations in the order they were received.
Ideally there would be a way for IKS to timestamp each registration, and for DT to ingest that data and store it in the 'submitted date' field in the myprocare review and intake window, so that they could be sorted normally.

Customer receives hundreds of registrations. They need the enhanced functionality that IKS offers, but the import process makes it extremely difficult for them to process registrations on a first-come-first-serve basis due to how Lead Import Broker works - when registration records are transmitted to Desktop, the time/date in the myprocare Review & Import window are all the same. |
