Schools share the same IKN
Over the years Descriptions have been exposed to all or multiple schools.
Users with access to Charge / Credit Descriptions are going in and hiding Charge / Credit Descriptions while those Charge / Credit Descriptions are still in use by other schools.

Gonna bring this one to the devs to see the best way we can handle this. There is a workaround where someone can update the exposure settings of a given charge description, but I can see how it would be annoying for a user to need to contact someone at corporate for permission to hide something.
