Customer has requests a way to identify when changes are made to child schedules that have been setup on a child's profile (as opposed to schedule templates).
I believe that this would be a helpful report for more than just the requesting customer based on conversations I've had with others who also use child schedules as a foundation for billing.
Some notes about this mockup, and how the customer has requested it be built:
User would enter a date range for the report, which would determine child classroom (based on schedule) as of the start date specified. This would provide the 'old' classroom state so that you can see where the child had moved from.
It will display the 'new' schedule and classroom, which is where the child moved to and what the new schedule template is that they were assigned since the start of the date period selected.
Because the mockup groupings would be based on the child's old scheduled classroom, there would be a 'Classroom - Multiple' grouping for any schedule that contained more than one room. New classroom would show similarly. In the event that more than one classroom is assigned on a schedule, it would display as 'Multiple.' In the example, three students had (as of the start date of the report) an 'old schedule that contained more than 1 classroom and so they were all displayed under the 'Classroom - Multiple' section:
Example 1
In the event a schedule template is modified (turning it into a custom schedule), it will show the template name (either new or old) as 'Custom'
Example 2
If there were multiple changes to a child's schedule within the date range selected, the child would have a line item to represent each change.

Are customers at risk of leaving Procare without this item? | No |
Are customers going to competitors for this item? | No |
How does this impact the customer's business?
The customer sets up billing based on schedules, and they have no way of identifying when changes have been made, which makes it very difficult and time consuming for them to sift through student records to find schedules that are setup incorrectly. |

I could see this report being a massive undertaking, but I will get a spike for it going to see the feasibility.
