The Enrollment Status Summary Report in Desktop (Reports > Standard Reports > Family Data > Child Enrollment > Enrollment Status Summary) includes a built-in age filter (Age in Months; Range: 0–1200 months). This restriction creates reporting inconsistencies, particularly when compared to the Corporate version of the report, which does not impose an age-based filter.
As many of our centers serve older students or even adults, this limitation should be removed to ensure accurate and inclusive reporting across all age ranges. Additionally, some child records may use a default date of birth of 1/1/1900 to indicate “Unknown.” These records are currently excluded from the report due to the age filter, leading to further confusion.

How does this impact the customer's business?
Reporting is already a tough task - it could be easier if this filter were removed. This data is very important to the customer because it helps them plan for and historically document changes in enrollment status for students. |
