This report would scrape data from the employee work history. The database could perhaps scrape data from the classroom configurations to see the average number of employees or even simply pull from employee statuses. The number of separations divided by average number of employees (set duration of time) and then multiplied by 100 gives you a turnover percentage.
Why this is useful - staff turnover rate is a leading indicator for operational challenges such as licensing deficiencies, depreciating parent satisfaction scores and injuries/illnesses. To know this number is to be able to spot trouble before it rears up in pain points.
