Under MyProcare > Review & Import screen, the actual registration times are not specific to the customer's timezone, and defaults to either Pacific Time, or UTC.
New Family Imports default to UTC
Re-Reg Imports default to Pacific
Ideally, the centers would like the registration times to reflect accurately with the date/time on computer instead of having to convert their timezone more than once.
If it still needs to default to Pacific time for the servers, that's fine, but let's remove the UTC from the New Family review and import and make it PT to eliminate further confusion.
Attached is an example of these times.

Causes staff confusion when a customer says they sent in a submission at a specific date/time but center is not able to locate their submission, and have to accomodate for the timezone multiple times. |
