With the new TE Batch functionality, batches can be scheduled in the future and will generate an error if they are modified within 15 minutes of their scheduled submission time.
This is problematic because the only place in the front-end where the scheduled time can be viewed after the batch is created is through the deposit report > Modify Batch screen. This removes visibility from Support as the batches no longer display in BAM.
Please create a report where this could be viewed from the front-end, located under Reports > Tuition Express Reports to facilitate Support helping customers with submitted batches and batch modification.
