POS Point of Sale process update

Customer stated concerns around the updates POS Payments process, paying by card in person.
While there is a requirement to confirm the payment amount on the first screen, there needs to be an update to the process or a clearer call out.

They stated that this leaves room for error in accidentally having the parent pay the account in full.

From a company perspective I understand that they are presented with the option to update the payment amount, but from a customer perspective, they have done it a certain way for years, and if we are changing the process it needs to have more safeguards.

They would prefer to press a process button after they have double checked to make sure they am processing the correct amount.

They have also state that their Facebook group shares this opinion and have made negative remarks related to this portion of the update.
