Custom Report - Enrolled Children by Classroom

Customer Funded Report Request

Customer is asking for a custom report that is identical to the existing report FD_ChildEnrollment01.rpt except that the Gender column be replaced with a column for Tracking Category (Program) that shows the Tracking item in that category for each child

  • Type Preference: [Data View or Crystal Report]

    • CR

  • Scope: [School, Corp or both]

    • Corp

  • Desired Fields: [Names, DOB, Tracking/UDF, Timecards, etc.]

    • Classroom name, Status Date, Child Name, DOB, Child Age, Tracking Category, Tracking Item

  • Parameters/Filters: [Date/Visibility/Enrollment

    • Same parameters and filters as original report

  • Status/Tracking/UDF, etc.]

    • “Program” Tracking Category

  • Headers/Footers desired:

    • Same as original report

  • Formatting: [layout, grouping, drill down, etc.]

    • Same as original report

  • Most relevant existing report(s)/Data View(s):

    • FD_ChildEnrollment01.rpt

If no Program Tracking Item is assigned, report should display ‘n/a’
