With the turn around at centers these days the Procare Users section can get very crowded and there is no current way to reorganize users or hide users that are no longer working for the center. Customers have suggested that it would be helpful if the names could just be moved to the bottom. It would be even more helpful if the old users could be hidden.

Hi Kristin - question for you on this. Want to confirm you are referring to the Procare Users screen accessed from Configuration -> System --> Locations & Users --> Procare Users? Assuming this is the screen you are referring to, customers can uncheck users who no longer should be active, save that, and then if you move your mouse just to the right of the name of the column "Active" you'll see a little funnel, which is a filter control. Click on that and customers to choose if they want to show (All), Checked or Unchecked. If they just choose checked, then they would only see the active users.
