Customer needs a way to generate an allergy list for students that contains child photo, and is also sorted or grouped by classroom.
The report also needs to contain additional information beyond just allergies, such as reaction symptoms, action plan, emergency medication expiration date, action plan expiration date, and emergency contact.

How does this impact the customer's business?
Customer needs to have an allergy list that provides the child's photo to ensure accuracy and safety. There is one existing report in Desktop that provides some of this information, but it groups the information by allergy type instead of by classroom, making it difficult to use effectively. The existing report also does not contain all of the information that the customer wants to have in the report, such as reaction symptoms, action plan, emergency medication expiration date, action plan expiration date, and emergency contact. This is a health and safety concern for the customer. Customer has provided an example of what they would like the report to look like. |
