Expand Child Visibility Criteria in KinderConnect Desktop Extra

Support would like to propose an enhancement to the KinderConnect Desktop Extra to improve workflow support for centers transmitting attendance data.

At present, Desktop Extra displays only children with a status of Currently Enrolled. However, many centers withdraw children while still needing the ability to submit their attendance records. This limitation causes operational gaps and requires manual workarounds.

To address this, we recommend updating the visibility criteria in Desktop Extra so that all children appearing in the Procare account list are also visible in Desktop Extra, regardless of enrollment status. Aligning visibility with the Procare account list will ensure centers can consistently view and transmit attendance for any child still active in their processes.

This adjustment would provide a more accurate reflection of center needs and eliminate friction in attendance transmission workflows.
