When a parent pays through the Procare Connect app, it asks if they want the payment source saved for future use. Parents have thought that when they save the information to the app, it will update the payment source on file for the Tuition Express auto draft from the main system.
Parents have had declined payments recently and they stated "you used the wrong card, I updated the card info through the Procare Connect app". I have to explain that the app just stores their payment info for future use for THEIR CONVENIENCE and we cannot see the change they made. The main system is not effected by the payment method that they store through the app.
It would be nice if they were given the option to store the payment method for this app only, or update their account for the Tuition Express weekly auto draft/Procare Desktop Automatic Billing.
