Customer would like this setting to allow for users to access copies of the emails they have sent after they have bee sent.
If this is not an option. They would like an option for easily set a default (Set it and forget it) CC Email so that the school can send themselves a copy of each email for their records.

Zack, as we do not actively track this, I cannot speak to if anyone has made noise about this recently.
This is most likely to come up if a parent disputes receiving communication from the school.
@Beth have any clients made noise about this one recently?
This could be done to get schools access to their "sent items" list but we don't keep copies of the emails internally. We could store and reproduce information on the recipients, timestamps, subject line, and some form of delivery status.
CC Option would also be possible.
