DT centers are only able to sync profile photos the first time a staff/student/pickup person is added to Procare. Center is not able to make changes or update them over time and would like to either have updated photos in desktop change Family Engagement, or have the option to edit photos on Family Engagement again.

This sounds like a bug to me, I let Owen know he should escalate this through the appropriate channels for a bug
