Many customers are needed the Staff time and attendance to sync between Family Engagement and Procare Desktop exactly like it does with the children.
This would include SISO's using App with Pin or QR code synching to DT.
This would also include SISO's in DT such as Batch check in, batch time card posts, using check in machine (Bio metric and/or Pins), or manual adds/edits to time card, synching into FE.

How does this impact the customer's business?
Centers are having to adjust time cards in two different systems to maintain licensing requirements. They are also having to have two separate sign ins to maintain ratio in app and the reporting or export tools from DT. Its creating double to work and ratios and/or timecard inaccuracies. |
