User wants a custom report that lists all charges but also breaks down and adds in billing cycles. Wants this in Corporate report Data viewer. Meeting with the customer on 5/15 to get more details.
After speaking with the customer, she explained that they bill weekly every Thursday, and they also bill on the first of the month (unless it's during the weekend, then they bill the next week day). When the first of the month lands on a Thursday, she is having to manually reconcile which payments were monthly payments and which were weekly. They also collect some annual payments, and the same thing applies, if that payment falls on the first of the month or a Thursday. She would like a report that adds a field for "billing cyle", so she can see right away from the report whether it was a weekly, monthly, or annual payment. She currrently downloads the contract billing report and then has to manually reconcile the names on the TE batch report.
