The Gardner Schools - 72930752
Customer has requested a new Corporate Report that is a variant of an existing Corporate Report.
Starting report would be Corporate Reports > Standard Reports > Family Accounting > Total Charge Credit Summary > Primary Accounts Only.
The request is for this report to be formatted so that the first page(s) lists region and location, with the location being selectable to 'drill down' into that location's data, which would display as a typical 'Charge/Credit Summary - Specific Summary' report for that location, which they could drill further into as necessary.
The existing Corporate Charge/Credit report cannot drill down into specifics, and is not segregated by location, which limits its usefulness to the customer.

I worded that description incorrectly - the customer would like a corporate report that lists location by region, that allows them to drill into any location to reveal that location's Charge/Credit Summary - Specific Summary, which in turn would be able to drill into its separate parts. In other words, a corporate report that lists region and location, and allows them to drill into any location to see that location's associated Charge/Credit Summary - Specific Summary report.
In the mockup provided, the named locations under the 'School Location' column (e.g. 'Location 1,' 'Location 2' etc.) would open into that location's Specific Summary with full drill down detail included.
We've got some questions about the customer expectations. The current corp report is based on a report that doesn't drill down normally so we will likely remove the 'drill down' feature. For a Specific Summary detail report do they just want each individual Specific Summary report in one? With full drill down into detail? If we can get a mock up of what they expect the report to look like on the first "summary" page that will help us understand the ask.
