most of our customers who need an hourly rate applied to their kiddos need it on an incremental basis. For example, if a child is there for any portion of an hour they will get charged for a full hour. Right now, the desktop default formulas actually bill down to the minute so we need to send customers to tech services to resolve. these formulas exist already and would only need to be added to the default DT formulas

I think there's an opportunity here to review the default formulas and look at whether we need to get on top of other changes. I'd like to get a discussion involving Implementations and Technical Services to see which formulas seem to no longer be needed for new installs and what new/modified formulas would help.
